Skills Development Services

Our Skills Development service helps levy-paying businesses unlock real value from their Skills Development Levy contributions. We assist with the preparation and submission of Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs), ensuring full compliance with SETA requirements.

By doing so, clients become eligible for mandatory grants (up to 20% of levies paid) and can apply for discretionary grants to fund accredited training programmes. We also support clients in designing impactful learning strategies that enhance B-BBEE scorecard performance.

Additionally, businesses that sponsor learnerships, internships, or apprenticeships can benefit from attractive SARS tax rebates, further reducing the cost of training and development.
